NVQ Level 2 SUP (Slating & Tiling)

(Specialist Upskilling Programme) in Roof Slating & Tiling

This course provides additional training for operatives with a good basic knowledge of slating and tiling, but who need upskilling in certain elements, to add to their skill level which, when combined with on-site assessment, will enable them to achieve an NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Roof Slating & Tiling.

Candidate Criteria

Suitable for roofers with a good basic knowledge of slating and tiling looking to get an NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Roof Slating & Tiling.

Course attendance

Up to 13 days practical training, that is 2 days a week for 7 weeks (subject to profiling), followed by on-site assessment, all within a 12-month framework.

Course materials

As the courses are practical, you need to wear suitable work clothing and provide your own safety boots. We will provide all necessary tools, materials and further safety clothing and equipment for use at the Training Centre. Tea and coffee making facilities are available at the Centre, but you will need to bring your own lunch.
