The practical 30-day course of the Heritage SAP completed

The practical 30-day course for the Heritage Skills Level 3 NVQ Diploma SAP in Roofing has recently been completed, with a field trip to Trevillett slate quarry in Cornwall, and Keymer tile factory in West Sussex, where they produce hand-made clay tiles.  The candidates and tutors enjoyed the interesting and informative visits, which enabled them to appreciate the full range of specialist skills required for producing slates and tiles.
